Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling SaaS or hardware products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for quantum/AI deployment
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and trend analysis platforms
- Experience securing government innovation grants and partnerships
