Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-month execution milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech) into core products
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of global tech trends
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board with ROI projections
- Manage innovation labs with $1M+ annual budgets for pilot projects
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify acquisition targets
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for future-proofing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching 3+ disruptive technologies to market
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech applications
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling
- Executive-level communication with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- PMP or equivalent certification required
