Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent with 5+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in ISO 26000-compliant ethical AI frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science on climate-positive engineering
- Deep familiarity with DARPA and Horizon Europe innovation programs
- Certification in Neuro-Interface Design (Stanford/MIT preferred)
