Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI/quantum/IoT integrations
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with commercial viability
- Translate technical capabilities into client-specific innovation blueprints
- Drive sustainable tech adoption through ESG-aligned frameworks
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology ecosystems
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, Web3, or AGI
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Fluency in English with business-level Mandarin or German preferred
