- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating cutting-edge innovations into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future product concepts
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and identify first-mover opportunities
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot implementation
- Establish KPIs to measure impact of future tech initiatives on business growth
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of anticipating tech trends and driving strategic initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/MBA preferred
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CSTM) preferred
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal oversight
