Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 10+ years in AI research with 3+ years in strategic foresight
- Published work on AGI safety or human-AI symbiosis
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks
- Deep understanding of neurotechnology and brain-computer interfaces
- Track record of influencing global AI policy
