Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing and biotech startups
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders

- Mentor junior engineers in future-focused development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or carbon-negative tech
- Proven track record leading $10M+ digital transformation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks (US, EU, APAC)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools like Gartner or Forrester methodologies
- Fluency in Python and TensorFlow for prototyping validation
