Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ tech initiatives across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop roadmaps for implementing next-gen solutions in enterprise environments
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and product specialists
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry innovators
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in developing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in strategic planning or technology foresight preferred
