- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $10M+ annual R&D budget impact
- Present strategic technology briefings to Fortune 500 executive partners and board members
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations in machine learning and distributed systems
- Mentor a team of 5+ future technology specialists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing architectures, and sustainable tech
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 technology journals
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional presentation skills to C-suite and technical audiences
