Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 10-year horizon planning

- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and global innovation boards
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term tech adoption and ROI
- Partner with academic institutions to shape future research priorities
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development lifecycle
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn companies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
