- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to pilot execution

Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or emerging technology roles
- Proven experience developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and strategic foresight methodologies
