Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum AI, biocomputing, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for collaborative R&D
- Present futuristic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data narratives
- Champion innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption and recommend adaptive strategies
- Oversee prototyping of 2026-concept technologies in our state-of-the-art innovation lab
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in tech strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 90%+ accuracy (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in trend analysis platforms
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech/futurism journals
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., APF, WFS) or equivalent
