Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 8+ years leading complex R&D projects in emerging technologies
- Published research in top-tier journals with 50+ citations
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI safety, or climate modeling
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from prototype to commercial deployment
- Experience securing $5M+ in research funding or venture capital
