Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives across quantum computing, AI governance, and Web3 ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies with industry partners
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, AGI) to identify market opportunities
- Architect secure, ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems and human-AI interfaces
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for experimental technology projects with measurable ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certifications in technology foresight, systems architecture, or innovation management
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
