Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech interfaces) for competitive integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling pilot projects with 18-month commercialization timelines
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure ROI on innovation investments and track adoption metrics
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem partnerships and research collaborations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching successful digital transformation initiatives valued at $10M+
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: generative AI, quantum computing, or Web3 infrastructureCertified in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, SFI) or technology innovation management
- Experience scaling global teams across 3+ continents in matrix organizations
- Prior work with Fortune 500 clients on future-state technology architecture
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation preferred
