- Manage $10M+ innovation budget across 3-5 concurrent pilot programs

- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act, GDPR)
- Experience managing international R&D teams across 3+ continents
