Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (quantum, AGI, or neurotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on technology strategy
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and disruption analysis frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS, CTO) or relevant MBA
- Portfolio of successful future-tech implementations with measurable impact
- Experience leading global, cross-disciplinary innovation teams
