- Architect and execute a 5-year technology roadmap focused on 2026+ horizons
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop market entry strategies for next-gen products and services
- Present future technology vision to C-suite and key stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation team
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Deep understanding of 2026+ tech landscape and future market shifts
- Experience building and scaling innovation frameworks
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility experience
