- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3) and recommend strategic investments
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to identify market disruption opportunities
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI
- Foster partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and market shifts
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering preferred
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) a plus
