Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year tech roadmaps aligning with emerging market trends post-2025
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/quantum/IoT solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech verticals (neuromorphic computing, biotech interfaces)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for experimental tech initiatives
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching products with 2020-2025 tech adoption cycles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AGI ethics, or neurotech
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience managing R&D teams with 15+ members
- Prior work with Fortune 100 companies on digital transformation
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future tech trends
