Responsibilities

- Partner with VPs to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Conduct market research and scenario planning for future disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage annual $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Build external partnerships with tech pioneers and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies and future forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Exceptional strategic planning and executive communication skills
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight preferred
