- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with vendor partnerships and startup incubations
- Author thought leadership content for industry conferences and publications
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (2020-2025)
- Expertise in emerging technologies with 3+ certifications in AI/quantum/AR
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication with Fortune 500 stakeholder management
- Published research in tech innovation or sustainable technology (IEEE/HBR)
- Proficiency in strategic visualization tools (Miro, Tableau, PowerBI)
