As a key member of our executive innovation team, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives to incubate cutting-edge solutions while aligning with our mission to democratize advanced technology. You'll collaborate with global R&D partners, conduct horizon scanning, and translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, prioritizing AI quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop go-to-market strategies for next-gen innovations including AR/VR ecosystems and autonomous systems
- Manage cross-functional innovation labs with $5M+ annual R&D budgets
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and lead a team of 8-12 futurist researchers and technology scouts
- Establish partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or director-level roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technology adoption curves
- Experience leading global innovation teams across multiple continents
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
