Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead innovation sprints for emerging tech including quantum computing and decentralized AI
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof architectures into current development cycles
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with measurable ROI tracking
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused talent pipeline
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching future-facing initiatives with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable plans
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
