Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to anticipate industry shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation lab initiatives and partner with academic/research institutions
- Drive adoption of future-proof technologies across product portfolios
- Mentor junior strategists and build an innovation-focused culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of implementing successful long-term tech initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology management or strategic foresight preferred
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
