- Present future-tech visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for tracking technological adoption and ROI
- Mentor next-gen engineers in future-focused development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum projects in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (neural interfaces, synthetic biology, quantum algorithms)
- Executive experience presenting complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Cirq)
