Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, carbon-negative AI systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify disruptive startups for acquisition/partnership
- Author white papers on future tech ethics and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
