Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Track record of launching market-defining innovations (3+ examples required)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, IEEE 7000 series)
- Experience securing $50M+ R&D budgets for moonshot projects
