Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and Web3 infrastructure
- Partner with C-suite executives to secure $50M+ annual innovation budgets
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and futurists
- File 5+ patents annually for proprietary technology solutions
- Represent company at global tech summits (Davos, CES, Web Summit)
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders incubator program
Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching category-defining products (3+ case studies required)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, blockchain architectures, and quantum algorithms
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published author in top-tier tech journals (IEEE Nature, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
- Security clearance eligibility for government partnerships
