Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate tech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure $50M+ innovation funding and resource allocation
- Establish KPIs for measuring tech adoption ROI and competitive advantage positioning
- Pioneer industry thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and patent filings
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven success in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with specialization in tech innovation
- Expertise in at least three of: AI governance, quantum computing architecture, sustainable tech frameworks
- Track record of launching products with $10M+ ARR or equivalent impact
- Certified in Horizon Scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi Technique, Technology Roadmapping)
- Experience securing government innovation grants and venture capital partnerships
- Published author or speaker at premier tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
