Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Neurotech, Web3) to identify high-impact opportunities for the organization.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate cutting-edge technologies before market launch.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in and resources.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with academic institutions, tech startups, and research labs to stay ahead of the curve.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential technological risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a senior technical leadership role, with a focus on strategic planning and innovation.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and advanced computing architectures relevant to the 2026 era.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
