Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines.
- Lead architectural decisions for 2026's core products, ensuring high performance and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to integrate AI models into user-facing applications.
- Mentor junior developers and establish coding standards for AI/ML projects.

- Optimize model inference speed and resource utilization for production environments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
