Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and AR/VR convergence
- Lead scenario planning for quantum computing adoption in enterprise environments
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $2M innovation portfolio with 15+ rapid prototyping teams
- Author white papers on 2026 tech ethics and regulatory frameworks
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'Horizon Scanning' program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Proven experience leading cross-border innovation teams
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
