Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Partner with executive team to align tech strategy with business objectives and market disruption
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and scenario planning for technological pivots
- Develop patent portfolios and intellectual property strategies for emerging domains
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech-driven products/services
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
