Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market trends and emerging innovations
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in quantum AI, biotech integration, and climate-tech solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to prioritize strategic investments in disruptive technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and competitive threats
- Build and manage a high-performance innovation lab with P&L responsibility
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/climate-tech)
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Deep expertise in futures methodology, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across R&D, product, and commercial domains
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and venture capital community
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
