Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing efforts for advanced AI, Machine Learning, and Future Tech roles, specifically targeting candidates relevant to the 2026 tech landscape.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from defining job requirements and screening candidates to negotiating offers and closing key hires.
- Collaborate with C-level executives and Engineering Leaders to understand complex technical needs and build robust talent pipelines.
- Utilize cutting-edge ATS platforms and data-driven metrics to optimize recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a network of passive candidates in the Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and beyond.
- Represent Aether Dynamics at top-tier tech conferences and industry networking events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting, with a strong preference for candidates in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.
- Proven track record of filling senior-level roles in competitive markets within the United States.
- Deep understanding of the evolving tech stack relevant to future technologies and 2026 roadmaps.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, remote-first, or hybrid environment.
