Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for quantum, bio-tech, and AI integration
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for multi-million dollar initiatives
- Build partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Ensure all strategies align with ESG principles and sustainable development goals
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in strategic foresight or scenario planning (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Exceptional data modeling and predictive analytics capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and securing large-scale budgets
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
