Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging tech assessments quarterly
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation lab budgets and resource allocation
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight training
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
