Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, etc.) for competitive advantage
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage a $5M R&D budget for experimental technology initiatives
- Mentor a team of 15 technologists and futurists
- Partner with MIT's Future Tech Lab on joint research projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record scaling tech ecosystems beyond $1B valuation
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- Experience with scenario planning for 2025-2030 tech horizons
- Certified in AI Strategy (Google) and Quantum Computing (IBM)
- PhD in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global partnerships
