Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for next-gen technology prototypes
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Collaborate with academic institutions and industry partners on cutting-edge projects
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or circular economy tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in future-focused technology domains
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
