Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps for 2026+ digital transformation initiatives
- Lead research and integration of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0)
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present futuristic concepts to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Oversee cross-functional teams executing pilot projects for next-gen solutions
- Anticipate global tech trends and geopolitical impacts on digital infrastructure
- Drive innovation through hackathons and R&D incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with proven futurist or innovation management experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-suite and board-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization
