Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on emerging technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and advanced biotech, specifically focusing on their 2026 adoption curves.
- Define and maintain a forward-looking technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term business objectives.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities associated with new tech implementations and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, and Marketing) to translate strategic vision into actionable projects.
- Monitor global tech trends to provide thought leadership and insights to executive leadership.
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies and evaluate their viability for mass adoption.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, R&D, or high-level technology consulting.
- Deep understanding of current and future tech stacks, including AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully leading innovation initiatives.
