Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and stakeholders for decision-making
- Monitor global tech innovations and competitive landscapes to inform strategy adjustments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles, with 5+ years in futures planning or innovation strategy
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience in high-growth tech environments (SaaS, AI, or biotech)
