Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships
- Present 2026 vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and incubate internal innovation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R/Java)
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies
