Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or relevant field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CIPM) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
