Responsibilities

- Direct cross-functional R&D sprints integrating nanotechnology with renewable energy infrastructure
- Develop patent portfolios for human augmentation technologies and neural interface systems
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and national labs for next-gen tech incubation
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects in speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrated impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Proven track record of executing multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Deep understanding of technological singularity implications and ethical AI governance
- Experience leading $10M+ R&D portfolios with complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption scenarios (2025-2030)
