Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5+ year commercialization potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and global innovation hubs
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation culture initiatives
- Secure and manage $10M+ annual R&D budget allocation
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years experience in emerging tech strategy and R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Strong network with global research communities and tech accelerators
- Published author in top-tier technology journals or patents
- Experience securing government grants and private venture capital
