Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Lead cross-continental research teams in sustainable nanotechnology development
- Secure $15M+ in federal innovation grants for 2026-2030 initiatives
- Partner with Fortune 100 CTOs to deploy prototype solutions in regulated industries
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Present breakthrough findings at Davos and IEEE Quantum summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ quantum/AI publications
- Expertise in federated learning and zero-knowledge encryption
- Track record of securing $10M+ in government innovation funding
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit simulation
- Published work in Nature/Science on scalable quantum architectures
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global partnerships
