- Forecast & Analyze: Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to predict technological shifts over the next four years with high accuracy.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee the R&D division’s budget to prototype and validate futuristic solutions that align with the 2026 corporate vision.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex futuristic concepts to executive leadership and board members to secure buy-in for bold initiatives.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with industry pioneers, think tanks, and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Policy & Ethics: Develop frameworks for the ethical implementation of future technologies, ensuring compliance and social responsibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business, Technology Management, Computer Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or R&D leadership within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully forecasting industry trends and executing long-term strategic plans.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI, Web3, IoT, and sustainability technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
