Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology vision, aligning with corporate strategic objectives
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, and decentralized networks
- Develop patent-pending solutions addressing climate resilience and ethical AI governance
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers in emerging tech methodologies
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through grant proposals and innovation competitions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on emerging technologies
- Proven track record leading large-scale R&D initiatives ($2M+ budgets)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic engineering, or blockchain consensus protocols
- Experience with international technology standardization bodies (ISO, IEEE)
- Strong patent portfolio (5+ granted patents in AI/quantum space)
- Exceptional presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
